Phoenix Dance Apparel creates custom costumes and uniforms for every kind of performance team including Majorettes, Dance Studios, Guards, Dance & Cheer Teams and Drill Teams. We have been designing and manufacturing dance, team uniforms and costumes for over 10 years. We take pride in our reputation for great quality, customer service and on-time delivery. Availability
Phoenix Dance Apparel operates on a first come, first served basis. All orders are accepted based on availability.
Our business hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We are closed on weekends and all major holidays.
Turnaround Times
Turnaround times may be affected by high levels of business operations at any given time.
Phoenix Dance Apparel will do our best to work around event dates and rush orders. We cannot guarantee a shipment sooner than the quoted turnaround time. We recommend placing an order as soon as possible to ensure that uniforms will arrive in a timely manner.
Due to high demand, our current turnaround time is a minimum of eight (8) weeks.
Ordering Process
There is a six (6) uniform minimum for all new orders.
We understand that unexpected situations may occur. However, once an order has been fully submitted, the style, quantity, or sizes cannot be changed. Materials are ordered immediately upon confirmation. For this reason, any change request that we are able to accommodate will incur an additional $100 inconvenience fee per request plus any additional material cost that may be needed for the change. Please note that this will delay guaranteed ship dates. Change requests are not guaranteed.
